Hardee's - Waterloo

What kind of restaurant is so unprepared on a Sunday morning that they run out of coffee filters? A inexperienced employee who couldn't handle their responsibilities. Not professional at all. I have never experienced a McDonald's telling me that they can't make a coffee for me because they are all out of coffee filters, so they must be "out of coffee," sir... hence the McDonald's.

We ordered two $5 Big Cheeseburgers and a $5 Chicken Platter meal, but we were given the wrong order with a mix-up of burgers instead.

The service was much slower than normal, but they could have been short staffed. The roast beef sandwich was the worst one I've ever had, but the chicken strips were delicious!

When it's fresh, it's good. Unfortunately at this location FRESH is not option. Although I live closest to this one, if I want a biscuit I do think theirs is the best) I'll be traveling to a different location.

Ordered a western bacon burger. Got it and no onion rings on it. Ordered curly fries got regular fries. We did drive thru so tried to call them and no one answers the phone.
