I'm also a big fan of the coleslaw, which has plenty of onions and just a touch of sweetness. The tartar sauce is a bit underwhelming, but the fish is so fantastic that it really doesn't need it. I can't speak to the rest of the menu since the whole fried fish is just too amazing—I didn't try anything else. It’s worth every minute of the trip!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. If you're looking to avoid the crowded, overhyped spots around Oxford that cater mainly to the party crowd, this is the place to go. The owner and staff work hard and always greet you with a smile as you leave. Her fried catfish is exceptional—consistently fresh, not greasy, and served hot. If you appreciate a great meal in a genuine atmosphere, Law's Hill is the right choice. There's nothing phony about it here.
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was even better! The batter on the catfish competes with (and likely surpasses) that of any I've had in North Mississippi.

It was awsome. My son and daughter in law brought me and told me it was amazing but I was still very surprised on how good there food is
