The propulsion thru worker was so rude and they gave me pommes instead of kartoffeln. I can't eat fritted things such an inconvenient

The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit, the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with old corn. I did call and they said they would refund the dinner after speaking to a manager and then someone who told me she was the general manager. I asked for a corporate number of which she told me there wasn't one. I had actually already found one just wanted to see what they would say. I will collect on that refund. By the way after trying to eat some of this my wife and myself were very sick the next day with what we believe was good poisoning.

We went through the drive through for a family pack. In and out in 5 minutes and it was the best chicken we have ever had from KFC. 5 STARS ALL DAY!

My partner went to the bucket deal and ordered mac and cheese, gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit. The cashier repeated the order back to him correctly, but he didn’t notice any mistakes at the time. When he got home, I looked in the bag and saw that the cashier charged us for two potatoes. To make matters worse, they put our cookies on top of our bun. I called to complain, and after a long wait, someone finally answered. The manager was very rude. I explained what had happened, and her response was that they were really busy at the time. I told her that wasn’t an acceptable excuse and didn’t feel like an apology for the mix-up.

Order through the app for Quick Pick-Up, grab off the shelf just inside the doors, check order for accuracy in your vehicle, and off you go! It's so easy, and our most recent meals were delicious.
