Will never ever go again. Whoever it was taking orders through the drive-thru had awful customer service. When I was done ordering she didn't even repeat the order back to me or say drive up. I get to the window and was given an incomplete order!The employees were beyond rude! They served me a bagel that was so burnt, I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Brought it back in to get my money back, apparently there needs to be a manager for that. Did they offer to make a new one? Not at all. As I left the establishment they continued to call out rude things to me. They get an F in all aspects of that store!
The worst DD...there's never anything...hot chocolat pure water...I don't recommend
How do you mess up COFFEE?!?! This place has gone so far down hill it may never be the same. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
