Dairy Queen Store - Waterford

What a fabulous Dairy Queen, with fantastic customer service. I stopped in this morning to try and find a last minute dessert for the afternoon, not realizing they didn't open until Noon. The owner greeted me at the door unlocked it and let me in as if they were open already, I ended up with a Reece's frozen ice cream pizza and it was to die for!! Thanks for letting me in, and thanks for the awesome smile this morning. You will most definitely be getting more of my family's business.

The best Dairy Queen around. Great service, great prices, and they make the best ice cream cakes!!! The decorations on them are unreal.

Although I love DQ and will always give them five stars, I was so disappointed in my last ice cream cake purchase. I had to order through the drive thru because you cannot go into the store yet. I did not have the time to order online and wait two days for my order. The service was excellent and they were very patient when walking me thru my order. My minor complaint was with the cake itself. It was literally half the size it used to be. The two layer cake has shrunk to the size of a single layer. As I said, you can't go into the store so I was blind ordering but the cakes online did not look that small. I get one every year for my son's birthday and this was the first time I've been disappointed. A11

Amazing experience! Their summer Cherry Chip Blizzard is absolutely unforgettable—it's a must-try. Sadly, I'm allergic to chocolate, so I opt for the Double Cherries instead. So delicious!
