Mcleary's Cafe - Waterford

Absolutely top notch, the best I visited everywhere the woman you seat I is the owner very professional and polite, operates a tight ship, service from the staff is second to none, his rare I would write such a glowing review, but this deserves in spades, great food and menu choice and just wait 5 min for my order, I have here a few times now and always excellent all round.

I went to work with a colleague and ordered a roasted special and soup. The service is fast and friendly and the seating and the music create a beautiful mood. The soup was nice, freshly costed, but I must say the sandwich was quite common for €11. I expected more. Very simple and not even a handful of chips or chips on the side. We had both ordered the same, both were quite surprised when it came out. Do not think that I would go back because in the locality there are much better options that offer more beautiful food and at better prices.

While we were in Waterford, Ireland was eating. They had the typical Irish flair on the menu. The café was very busy and the staff was fine, but not so friendly. The café is located near the port and the parking lot is a bit difficult to find. It is relatively close to the Waterford Factory if you want to visit there.

Lunch with friend.. Customer service hilariously miserable in fact. Warming and couldn't wait to get out. Coffee not good.

9.50 for a ham,cheese,tomato and onion roll with a few leaves thrown on the side . Better options in Waterford
