Lemongrass - Waterford

Expected it to be busy but rang at 4.15 to be told we could not get food until 8.30 4 hours an 15 minutes to get a take away I can book at table on open table for lots of times slots this evening but can’t get a take out Not great guys

Special birthday occasion arrived at Lemongrass on time impressed by the decor and the lively atmosphere.Was looking forward to sushi unfortunately that or the teppanki was unavailable as pointed out by the Manager.Ordered platter for 2and main courses .Within minutes main courses arrived had to send the back as we had ordered starters.Had 3 different staff attending our table.Ordered water no sign main courses took at least 30 minutes to arrive could see them sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes.Food was delicious very tasty but service was poor.It was a busy Saturday night but that’s no excuse.We were out for a special birthday dinner felt neglected.Any staff that came to our table was lover just didn’t see enough of them Would have preferred one staff member as opposed to three serving our table.Didn’t make a fuss just didn’t tip because we felt let down by the service.Food really good staff nice just need to managed better.

Eating in the restaurant can be expensive, but the takeaway fusion menu offers great value. The food is consistently top-notch.

Wow! Makisushi was absolutely perfect and the green curry was amazing. It never disappoints, I would even go as far as saying it's the best food in Naas.

I must say that the service was impolite, and the quality of the food has deteriorated. The prices are very high for what they provide. We will not be returning.
