Caffè Nero - Waterford

The place is decent, nice little book area where you can grab a book and relax with a cup of coffee. They only serve what’s ready made in the store. The chai latte was not the greatest I’ve tasted, couldn’t even finish it especially for that price tag. Would be ok for a catch up with a friend or just people watching as it is in the heart of the city. Wouldn’t recommend the chai though :

Lovely cafe, apart from one female staff member, blonde, who has no idea how to be polite and obviously does not enjoy her job. Staff now are very friendly and polite and welcoming. it's sometimes over run with college students with one of them buying a drink and 4 or 5 sitting there with laptops open . that should be stopped

Nice place to sit down. Like all commercial coffee chains the coffee is as expected, unimaginative. This is not Italian coffee but it isn’t bad

Love Nero, Waterford Nero was rubbish service, wouldnt provide a proper cup, just paper, even though I asked, toilet was so dirty it was ridiculous… very disappointing from a chain that is normally so good. Nathan
