Godfather's Pizza - Waterford

The title says it all. The food was decent, but we only received half of our order. The customer service was terrible. We will not be returning.

The quality of the pizza at this restaurant is very inconsistent. You never know if you will get a delicious pizza or a terrible one, and sometimes your order may not even be correct. However, when they do get it right, the pizza is absolutely amazing!

Visited Aug 9, 2013 for lunch. We visited Godfather Pizza after discovering the other pizza restaurant in town was closed (on vacation). I suggest your staff receive training on customer service, as she was abrupt and rude speaking in front of children. I do not support companies that tolerate/support staff that treat customers like this.

Never had an issue with the pizza always beed good with good service. Not to greasy nicely cooked. can be a wait for orders on a weekend,

I enjoy Godfather's pizza in Hagersville and Cayuga! It was amazing when they had a location in Paris as well. However, the Waterford location is not great. The large take-out slices in the warmer always appear old and have a cardboard-like texture.
