Wayback Burgers - Waterbury

Excellent food and fantastic service! Today, I tried the double cheeseburger with bacon and chili fries, and it was so much better than Wendy's!

The vanilla shakes take me back to my childhood – they taste authentic! The burgers are juicy, and I especially adore the turkey burger. As a huge fan of French fries, I can confidently say that these are among the best I've ever had. The staff is consistently fantastic, and it's clear that there’s a loyal group of regulars who are greeted by name when they come in!

I visited for the first time today, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely return!

Just wanted to tell everyone about the excellent customer service. We don't eat pork and the young lady who took our order picked up on this and had the grill cleaned before our order was prepared. The staff is trained to be aware of the needs of the customers. I thought this was dying out. Thanks Jake's! I'm very impressed.

Clean, friendly, great menu, food is very good, shakes are awesome! The young lady that served us is a sweetheart, treats her guests with such respect and she cares! She also makes a mean shake!!! Thank you.
