Quench Cafe - Waterbury

Wednesday is pasta night at Quench Cafe. I received a call from Chef Silvio Serafini's wife informing me that he had prepared carbonara as a special for the evening.

I love the salads at this restaurant! I often grab a quick lunch or take-out before heading to work and always enjoy the Cajun flair on one of their special salads.

I recommend trying one of their dishes, such as the Tuscan shrimp appetizer. However, I had some issues with the service, particularly with one waitress who had poor posture. I hope they can improve in the future.
