Paba's - Waterbury

I'm not completely sold on giving this restaurant 5 stars just based on an egg sandwich, but it was really delicious. My wife's breakfast was also really good. We got our food to go because we were in a rush, but we definitely want to come back and sit down to eat there. We'll be returning soon!

Pablo's always has great food, a friendly atmosphere, and attentive waitstaff.

We had an amazing server who provided excellent service. The food was delicious and brought back memories of home-cooked meals. The atmosphere was lovely. This has become one of our top choices for breakfast. I highly recommend giving it a try!

My husband and I came here for the first time today January 6, 2024. The food was phenomenal, the home fries were absolutely scrumptious, eggs cooked to perfection the coffee was nice and hot. The waitress was very nice, I was craving a pancake so I ordered the Mickey Mouse pancake as well ? and it was so adorable and fluffy. The price is amazing, especially for the amount of food you get. We will definitely be coming back.
