Dunkin' - Waterbury

I love the coffee and fresh donuts here. Just need a little adjustment.

I am not sure why this restaurant was chosen for me... I do not eat at subpar establishments.

I went to get coffee and donuts. The hash browns are always cold no matter which Dunkin' Donuts I go to.

I visit this restaurant every day for a coffee bagel twist. Usually, once I start placing my order, the staff recognizes me and knows exactly how I like my coffee. Today, the cashier quickly took my coffee order without offering anything else. When I got to the window, I asked who had taken my order. A young lady said it was her and handed me my coffee. I then asked about the whipped cream I had paid for, but she walked away without answering. Thankfully, a regular staff member named Wanda noticed what happened and helped me resolve the situation. She not only fixed my coffee but also offered me a free bagel twist courtesy of Dunkin'. Wanda's kindness and exceptional customer service made a big difference. Thank you for your excellent service.

I stopped at this restaurant while attending a training class in Waterbury. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly they were able to serve me. I sat outside for a while before leaving and noticed that people were walking in and out of the restaurant swiftly. They are definitely efficient and on top of their game here.
