Brass City Bistro - Waterbury

We were delighted to reconnect with the owner, who is a long-time family friend of my husband's. We enjoyed the fantastic live music on the patio on Friday night, had a wonderful dinner with generous portions that could easily feed two people, and experienced excellent service from the entire staff. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff here are excellent, and the food is fantastic. The lobster bisque is out of this world, and the chicken lobster oscar is outstanding. Both lunch and dinner experiences are consistently amazing.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing many positive reviews, and I have to say I completely agree with them. The food and service were exceptional. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Best food around! Because the best chef of course and great staff. And my favorite pasta Fagioli!

Lobster bisque is out of this world, very nice meal, service was good. I had veal saltimbocca and it was better than most others. Reasonably priced, all around great meal.
