Bella Noche - Wassaic

Food was cold !! The food was so nasty ! No flavor anything ! I know there’s not really any places around Wassaic to get food but if you have to drive 30 mins somewhere else , do it !! Don’t spend ur money here !

We stopped in, recently, after they had closed due to not having a cook available. And they also would be tweaking the menu after hiring a new cook.Well!It didn't go very well.Nachos were ice cold.........put together with less flair than a cat scratching through a litter box. Seriously.A pile of chips with ground, cold, dry, hamburger meat and some cheese sauce. A side of guacamole, sour cream and salsa. No effort! I sent it back. (I dread sending food back. But come on....!!!!!)A few minutes later it came back. Same food.....barely warm.My thoughts were, should we stay and eat???Okay.Ordered hamburgers. Medium well. That means, not dried out nor pink. It means COOK IT!!!I ate around.my burger. It was raw and cold in the center. I should've sent that back, too.What was I thinking?Luckily, the wine was good. And I enjoyed that. I think they comped the beverage bill, because the meal was so lousy.I could go on and on here.I'm disappointed.The music was 70's disco turned up so loud we should've been dancing.These guys wanted nothing to do with cooking and having diners come back. The lack of attention and nervousness tending to diners was uncomfortable.It's just a shame.I had hope.

Really delicious burgers cooked perfectly. Haven’t tried any main courses but im sure they’re good
