Wendy's - Wasilla

I arrived at the restaurant during lunch hours and there was no line. My order was taken quickly, and when my food arrived, everything was just as I ordered. They even put my wife's taco salad in separate containers to keep it from getting soggy on our way home. I noticed a new manager on duty, and I hope he maintains this efficient pace because I’m looking forward to returning as the service continues to improve!

Last year, we encountered a frustrating situation with this restaurant. They take an extremely long time to fulfill both takeout and dine-in orders, and they often get our order wrong. We truly enjoy the atmosphere and have had good experiences in the past, but unfortunately, the quality of service has been very disappointing.

In any case they work over, but they often miss and shift objects. also never go in or otherwise let them wait an hour to order, then they take another 30min to get their food because they are just prioritizing the runner costumers. just the reason I gave two stars is that they had no bad attitude while they offered terrible service.

He only waited 40 minutes in the carbahn to fall asleep. all because they are only short employees, this is not the problem of the customer. must start the asap set. open the food, it would be easier for all of us. I love eating innocence, but they're coming in. there is no possibility to go through them can not dive. as they may know, they lose many customers a lot of money. The food is consistently excellent, but I've noticed a recurring issue every time I visit the drive-thru. The staff often appears disengaged or just not very efficient at their jobs. I've waited in line for nearly 45 minutes before, and on one occasion, they forgot that they had already charged us. It took an additional 7 minutes just to bag our food. I understand that working there can be challenging, but I really think they need to improve their speed. It's frustrating for customers to spend so long in the drive-thru for just two burgers.
