Keely's Coffee House - Wasilla

I appreciate the good coffee and friendly staff, but I’m frustrated with being charged more than the advertised prices. This has been happening for a while, and it’s against the law. While a business can charge less than what’s advertised, they cannot charge more. Feel free to research it if you doubt it. I've decided to take my business elsewhere, and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Never been inside, and have always used to drive through. The coffee is fantastic the service is outstanding never had a wrong order or bad service. The girls are friendly and even remember your orders and ask you if you'd like your regular.

I was in line to get a coffee. And the Customer in front of me had a dog in the car. The baristas were feeding and petting the dog. The dog was licking their hands and then they went right back to making coffee’s. No wash the hands or anything. That grossed me out. So I got my coffee else where. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this place after see that. Petting and feeding dogs is okay but not while you are making customers food. There is a time and place.

The breakfast burritos we got here were very good, but unfortunately the customer service wasn’t great and it took almost 30 minutes just to get two burritos. It’s worth the wait if you have the time.
