Donut King - Wasilla

The owner greeted me warmly. Took time to converse with me and explain a coffee question I had (I don't even drink coffee). And gave me a free don't card on top of it all. If your in your way through Wasilla and want a donut, coffee or just great service, stop in.

Great customer service. So friendly! Really made me happy to go in to get my daughter a donut before school. I love walking into a business and the person you interact with is positive and nice! Really makes the experience that much better, and Donut King had that this morning!

I really wish there was another donut place in town. The donuts are good, but it’s the wait that kills me. If anyone orders a coffee or anything other than a donut the wait is ridiculous. Not great for a morning rush. I did get a free donut but would rather have the extra time for my drive to anchorage.

I love their donuts. how lights, how to eat air. service is usually good, very pleasant and warm. Today's service was somewhat cool. it was during a busy time and the girl on the theke seemed to ask her to leave her as if we disturb her. I asked her if the drip coffee was a darker roast and she didn't know the answer, but I let it go. my man then ordered a drip, so I wondered again because I knew he was dissatisfied when it was not a darker roast. her answer was whatever is in pot, I asked her if she would find out. with frustration and an incessant look she finally asked a worker on the espresso machine. you were short and unpleasant. rudeness is not a good look after Donut-king.

Tried their donuts and hot chocolate. the donuts were fresh (probably just an hour or so earlier) and delicious, and the hot chocolate was some of the best I ever had! I was so impressed that I came back a few hours later and got another cup! Now I have to resist the temptation every time I drive at her place.
