The food was good and the atmosphere was clean. What did it for me during this visit was the guy (sorry didn't catch his name, I think he was a manager) who took my order was super friendly and efficient made the visit feel good

I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I came back to my house, I had chicken teeth on a sandwich instead of a chicken breast. If you don't, you'll say it the next time.

75% of the time (dine in or through) the hamburgers are room temperature or flat from cold.. lukewarm fries.. also recently noticed the Big Carl Burger have very thin patties..

Great service, hot food, but food tasted for old oil and had a mouse running around

Extremely cold in the dining area. Had to wear coats. Informed staff, was told that they get that complaint a lot.
