Big Dipper Catering - Wasilla

I hired this company to cater my wedding and I was extremely pleased with their services. They were able to accommodate our date and provided delicious food for our event. My husband wanted ribs and pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, which I was initially hesitant about due to their casual nature. However, the company exceeded our expectations with their wonderful food. Not only did it taste and smell amazing, but the presentation was also better than I could have imagined. They were able to cater to guests with various allergies and even prepared the perfect Salmon dish that was fresh, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. Overall, their services and food were amazing and I am grateful for their excellent work.
