Young Chow Chen's Asian Restaurant and Sushi Bar

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times in the past and never had any issues with the food. However, my most recent experience on 9/21/21 was disappointing. I ordered sushi and a small hot and sour soup, but was let down by the quality. Two pieces of the sushi were tough and dried out, when they should have been fresh and pink salmon. The hot and sour soup lacked any flavor whatsoever, which was especially disappointing since I enjoy making this soup at home. While I can appreciate some variation in a chef's presentation of a dish, the food should still meet basic expectations.

The order was not accurate as requested, missing the brown rice and specific vegetables. However, the food was generally good with a nice portion size. The delivery was quick, arriving before the estimated time.

The waitress was extremely impolite and hurried our table throughout the whole meal. The service was very subpar and I even discovered a bug in my food.

The see food bowl is really fresh and delicious, I recommend snow crab leg and clam with Cajun seasoning, hope the price can be more affordable, 1 lbs snow crab is good for a kid only, the Yangzhou fired rice is one the best I have tried in US

Great food and awesome service. The lunch bento box was tons of food and it was all tasty. Will definitely be back!
