Walking up to the place, I wasn't even sure if it was a food establishment save for the sign outsideIt's a pretty rough building and interior.
Carryout food in DC is a variety of mixed places that serve almost anything, which usually taste like nothingThis one here does it well.
Ordered (for delivery) fried chicken wings, Sczechuan Green beans, General Tso' s chicken, and shrimp & broccoli.
