I was here for a conference and went out to dinner with an old friend. It was quiet and the service was excellent, helpful but not intrusive. The French bread tasted like real bread, often a sign of good things ahead. My friend had one of the fish dishes and I had the veal cheeks. They were so tender that at first I thought I was cutting into a hunk of fat but they were just melt in your mouth tender. The meal was delicious and my friend enjoyed his too. We split the chocolate dessert which ended up being delicious and just the right amount after our meal. It takes 20 minutes to make which worked well for us since we wanted to talk but you might want to order it when your meal arrives rather than after if you have someplace to go.

Terrible execution. Some dishes were conceptually bad, whereas some were just overly salted. Seems like the kind of place that caters to diplomats and bureaucrats just looking for quaint digs. But for a foodie or a former industry professional this probably isn't the place to go. We tried half the menu only the tuna tar tar was decent.
