The space is small so don't go there expecting to post up at a table (there are none), but if you want to beat the line at Starbucks, get some decent no frills coffee, and support a great local business, this is the place
I don't drink coffee, I prefer chai tea, and this is the only place where i get them from. They actually use milk instead of some fabricated liquid and water like most other places. My friends all drink the coffee and rave about it. They also sell empanadas like the ones from Julia's in dupont circle and have a good selection of donuts, muffins, bagels, and ice cream bars. Everytime i go in, they know who i am and what i want to drink. no wifi, but its not really a place to sit.
First time here and I'm not a huge coffee drinker. Their White Chocolate Moca is outstanding! Great service too. Forget Starbucks, LOL.
This is a really cozy spot! This was my first time there, and the barista was suuuuper friendly. I paid $5.98 for a medium latte and a muffin. I will definitely go again!
I've worked nearby for about a year and only just discovered this place. Don't let the name fool you! This is hands down the best Colombian coffee shop in DC, and the folks that run it are delightful. Your best bet is going for a smaller espresso drink like a cortado. I almost wish they would change the name and really embrace the Colombian character!
