New Course And Catering - Washington DC

I noticed a 5-star review posted two months ago, but this restaurant has been closed since before Thanksgiving of last year. It's puzzling how someone could have reviewed it just recently. The establishment is owned by a pastor from the church nearby, who also owns the two brick apartment buildings next to the restaurant. Unfortunately, he has a reputation for being a poor manager and is currently under investigation by the DC government. His name is Pastor Tom, and it's rumored that he pays his staff to post fake 5-star reviews.

Fantastic restaurant! The chef is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly friendly! You always feel at home here. The tables are spaced safely apart, and everyone follows social distancing guidelines. There’s a lovely heated terrace outside. I would definitely recommend it 150%!

It was a complete waste of $5. I'm not sure how anyone can go wrong with breakfast, but they managed to do just that.

Great place! The food was good, reasonably priced, and the service was fast and courteous. Their mission statement was enlightening! Kudos to the staff at New Course!

Great place and quality food!! Marlo is the best making it feel like home.
