Corner Bakery Cafe - Washington DC

We were stuck in DC during the snowstorm in January 2022 and needed a place to get breakfast away from the Hilton Capitol Hill. That’s when we discovered Corner Bakery, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The Broccoli Cheddar soup truly made our day!

The food was cold. Eggs and bacon don't taste good when it's cold. The place wasn't very busy and staff was very helpful and friendly too!

I am from rural America and this place was the closest to the prices I enjoy in the Midwest. The flavor was perfect and I will surely be seeking out a Corner Bakery the next time I am exploring DC. I felt more at home by sitting and enjoying breakfast here.

This restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel, making it a great spot for breakfast. They offered a nice selection of dishes and their hazelnut coffee was excellent. I highly recommend trying their overnight oats with fruit as well. The prices are quite reasonable for Washington, D.C.

I?ve tried Corner Bakery before at another branch near the National Mall, and my experience with the staff there wasn?t good. This branch is absolutely much much better. ?? I ordered the scrambled eggs and pancake breakfast with chicken sausage. Their prices were fairly reasonable. Thank you, Ali, for your help and recommendations. ????????
