Giovanni's Pizza

I ordered two pizzas and they were undercooked. I had to finish cooking them myself. This is unacceptable.

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it! I called in my order, repeated it twice, and was told it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes early, expecting to pay and wait. However, after 30 minutes, the staff kept asking for my order repeatedly. I explained that I had ordered cheese and bacon fries with garlic bread, but they said they were making the fries. After an hour of waiting, three different employees later, they still couldn't get my order right. The assistant manager was rude and slammed two crates on the counter. I decided to just take what they had and leave. I wasn't the only one experiencing issues, as I saw other customers missing their food or receiving the wrong orders. When I called to speak to the manager the next day, she told me that if they were busy they would ignore phone orders, and there was nothing she could do about my bad experience the night before. I won't be returning, and I will make sure to warn others about this place!

I would always order from this place in milton west virginia any trip I made there and was so happy to see that they have now located near me. the pizza here is excellent and I can never get enough. the bacon cheeseries, wings, garlic bread and the pasta dinners are all great and I recommend to them to give this young a try if they don't.

Great Pizza! I've always loved Giovanni's. This was my first experience with this location and it didn't disappoint!

Food is always delicious and people who work here are nice. And its always clean.
