Placed an advance order on July 19 for delivery on July 22 8.30am. Specifically told the CSR to check their Sunday schedule as the store might be closed. She said no problem, the store will call if there are issues. I did not receive any call so I thought everything's fine. July 22 8am called 87000 to check if order will be delivered. Note that I should not need to do this at all in the first place. I was told that store is closed and another store will deliver. 9.30am no delivery arrived. Called to follow up and was told that the serving store will call to update me. 10am still no call and no delivery. I called again to check if it's already for cancelation but was told to wait for the call since they will check. 11.20am no call and no delivery. Good thing we did not wait anymore and just went out to eat elsewhere. July 23 3pm someone from another branch called to apologize. Well, it's not his fault since it's the call center that screwed up. But Jollibee as a whole screwed up this transaction. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Severe lack of response and no follow through. The only call I received came in more than 24 hours after the delivery schedule. And that's only because I complained via FB messenger the day before. Jollibee will be my last option when eating out until the foreseeable future.

Stupid crew told me that no available sunny side up egg only scrambled egg only after order is served. Cost saving? Cracked egg made into scramble egg? The proper way is upon ordering you will inform customers that only scramble egg that is served at your kitchen.
