The gentleman working the drive thru has wonderful customer service skills and the food was nice and hot and good

Terrible experiences over and over. Burgers are always cold lately. It seems the women who are in charge of this place are rude, unprofessional, and immature. I have repeatedly had multiple people yelling at me in the drive through instead of one person taking my order. They love to forego giving you your receipt and when your order is wrong they ask for the receipt. In years past this was a solid Wendy?s. Now it?s trash. I will never go again.

Order the new classic chicken sandwich combo and my chicken on the sandwich was very hard. Chicken had to be in the warmer for along times. The sandwich was not hot. Had better chicken sandwich from Wendy before. Got do better.

First the cashier was confused about the coupon instead of asking the manager for help she didn?t she eventually got it to take the coupon. Secondly three times I mentioned plz no onions ? which after she had to tell the sandwich person where?s her order did I get my food ????? with the wrong kind of Frosty and onions on my sandwich. Spent 25 minutes with a entire crew working just to get the wrong drink and onions on my sandwich ?.
