The Chickery - Washington

The food is fantastic, and the service is very friendly. The Chickery has become our new favorite place to eat. The side dishes are excellent, and I even enjoyed the Sweet Tea, which is something I usually don't prefer. The only drawback is that there isn't much seating available to relax and enjoy the meal.

I had a fantastic first experience at Chickery. The woman at the counter was patient and helpful while we decided what to order. I chose the Parmesan chicken feathers, and they were packed with flavor, particularly the seasoned breading. The shoestring fries were cooked perfectly, and the BBQ dipping sauce was a hit. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable—two of us had a great meal for just $20. I'm actually looking forward to enjoying the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

We ordered ahead through their app, which was quite functional and user-friendly. Our food was ready in about 15 minutes. We went for the 20-piece feast with fries and creamy coleslaw. We opted to take the food home, which was about a 10-minute drive. The chicken and the variety of sauces were excellent; however, the fries were a bit stale, possibly due to the drive, and the coleslaw was a tad too creamy for our taste. Despite that, we are likely to return since they offer great chicken and a wonderful selection, including chicken strips, rotisserie, sandwiches, and pulled chicken.
