Starbucks - Washington

For the first time ever in Starbucks I encountered such a terrible service! The lady who worked there 11/15 at around 5:30pm could be nominated for the ?meanest barista of the year? award. She got my order wrong 3 times, never apologized, rolled her eyes, refused to call the manager etc. She wasn?t wearing a mask either. Seriously, I?m charged $7 for a drink and get treated this way?!

Fast service as always. Drinks and food were good. They even heated up the banana bread. They always provide customer service with a smile. Convenient location, next to the high end stores.

The Starbucks on campus is welcoming and the employees are very caring if something is not right about your drink they will not hesitate to fix the mistake.

Great place, great people, and the most importantly great coffee! First place I head to at 4:30 in the morning to start my day off right.

Mobile order. Baristas had unpleasant attitude and were inattentive to order details. I didn?t get the honey that I ordered to be added to my tea and they included two teabags instead of the one that I ordered.
