Sonic Drive-In - Washington

Great place. has been through with new owner a few growth tracks and found help. To this day we have to evaluate their work again. we love our pebble ice cream, but they got rid of it. for us this is like a cake without bake. please bring it back because I am quite sure that we are not the only ones who feel so and go elsewhere for our daily limo.

I usually like Sonic because I haven’t had any issues and their food is good and quick while I’m on my lunch. Well I did a mobile order and got mine and my coworkers food and drove back to work 2 blocks away. Got my onions rings and ALL of them were burnt (FIRST PIC) so I went back through the drive thru and let them know, the same girl who brought my order out the first time came and got them from me. She was rude and short with me. Had to wait a little but that’s fine, then after she handed me the bag and said “sorry” and walked off, I went back to work after looking in the bag and it all looked ok. Get back and finally sit down to eat and I go to take my onion rings out and notice that only the top 3 are new and my old BURNT ones were still at the bottom (SECOND PIC after I pulled the top one off and noticed the rest of them BURNT) unimpressed to say the least.

Just spent $40 here, Very disappointed in the food it should have been $5 for the quality we got. My hot dog was shriveled and burnt, my corn was stale and burnt, the bbq popcorn chicken was disgusting, the jalapeño poppers were either nice and hot or had a frozen center, mozzarella sticks were stale. Definitely will not recommend this sonic to anyone I know.

Kudos for the awesome young people working at sonic and let us make sure that they have been good tapping for there, at this time where it is so crazy, hard to find employees and run a business. Thank you. I moved to the usa and sonic over 2 decades ago was one of the wonderful traditional companies I always wanted to review. I know is not a chic restaurant, but my children and I loved each time, maybe because we are sonic characters fans:

When I got my strawberry shake, it was more liquid than it should be. it was also a little brown, I don't know if they wash their mixers or whatever, but it didn't look right. I tasted a little bit of dripping butter in the earthy shaker, now they imagine if I was allergic? that is my only complaining, overall the staff was very nice.
