Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

This is a wonderful little fast food spot. The burgers are absolutely delicious, and the fries are exceptional. It's fast food executed perfectly.

This location is always bustling with energy. It took about 25 minutes for my order to be ready. The shroom burger is incredibly tasty!

Overall, if you're in the neighborhood, you definitely need to drop by for a burger. I'm now officially a huge fan of Shake Shack! A big thank you to the staff at this location for a fantastic lunch!

This restaurant is pretty mediocre. The wait for a fast food burger was longer than I anticipated. Initially, the prices seem reasonable, but once you see the portion sizes of some items, it’s evident why that is. The food was fine, but it didn’t particularly impress me. I would recommend dining here only if there aren’t any better budget-friendly options available nearby.

We recently dined at Shake Shack with my family, including my mom. Since my kids have allergies, Antoine, along with a coworker, went above and beyond to ensure our food was free from allergens. When our order arrived, we realized we were missing a portion of fries. Although we hadn’t been charged for them, Antoine graciously brought us the fries and insisted they were on the house! Later, as we were leaving with my mom in her wheelchair, Antoine held the door open for us and wished us a wonderful day. We all felt he provided exceptional service, so a big shoutout to him! We would definitely love to come back the next time we're in downtown.
