You choose your pizza dough, your sauce(s), your toppings and cheese before they get into the conveyor belt oven. when it comes to the other side, add additional toppings. all vegan items are marked: two of three teigs are vegan; five of seven sauces are vegan; they have daiya mozzarella and vegan protein; her sweet selection is generous (14 different species in total), as her vegan sauces, which she drowned up to the pizza from the out of the often. when they tell them they want a vegan pizza, they even want to treat them to new gloves to treat them. also the serviettes are huge. definitiw vegan friendly, and it is delicious!

The menu clearly marks all of the vegan options, including a few small personal size pizzas. Overall, the pizza was decent and satisfied my craving, but it wasn't anything special. The cheese melted well. I would give it a 6 out of 10. However, the vegan garlic knots were excellent! Topped with vegan cheese sauce, vegan sausage crumbles, and marinara sauce for dipping, I would give them an 8 out of 10. Personally, I would recommend getting three orders of garlic knots instead of the pizza.

I was happy to discover &pizza on Happy Cow because it has become my favorite pizza spot in Washington, DC. With 6 locations within the city and a total of 14 in the surrounding areas, including Dulles and Reagan airports, &pizza offers a fast casual dining experience similar to Chipotle or Subway. Initially skeptical of the build-your-own pizza concept, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the delicious flavors. The sauces, especially the Tomato Olive Pesto, are noteworthy. What sets &pizza apart is their generous policy of allowing unlimited toppings at no extra cost. In addition to offering vegan cheese like many other pizza places in DC, &pizza goes above and beyond to cater to vegan diners with options such as vegan beef crumbles and spicy chickpeas. The menu clearly marks all vegan ingredients online and in-store, and the staff is accommodating and willing to change gloves for customers with dietary preferences. I have always found the staff to be helpful and attentive, making my dining experience at &pizza a truly enjoyable one.
