&pizza (h Street) - Washington

On 9/2/2023 at approximately 10:30pm I was home not feeling well all day but at the end of the night I decided to order ubereats from &Pizza because I had not eaten all day and was now extremely hungry. I waited for my food (which didn 't take long because I live extremely close) and when it came I was completely upset because my whole pizza all wrong and cold and to top it off it had an ingredient on there that I 'm deathly allergic to. I was still VERY hungry so I decided I 'm going to just drive up there to correct my order. When I got there I thought the store was closed because no one was in there at all which was very strange. I then see a group of people hanging outside and to my surprise the worker was out there having a great time not working hanging out with friends. I noticed as people were walking by she was telling them that they can 't order anything because ALL the dough was frozen and she was also telling delivery drivers that they can 't pick up food either. She was VERY rude to me telling me immediately that she can 't touch the food box and she couldn 't take the food back. I wasn 't trying to get her to take it back I wanted the problem handled. After she told me well I would have to wait until the dough thaw out and that would be a long wait she went out and begin having a good ole time with her friends in front of the store. The is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a business to behave like this. Also to note she NEVER apologized or seemed like she cared that 1 my whole order was wrong and 2 that there was an ingredient that I 'm allergic to. I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP.

Nique and her MGR Wave, were absolutely amazing. I loved coming home to the flagship of &pizza and seeing that they have maintained the tradition of excellence I am use to at &pizza. Thanks for making my birthday AMAZING

My only issue was that they ran out of fresh mozzarella cheese. I did get a little on my pizza but my coworker did not. And is does make a difference when you don’t have fresh mozzarella. Other than that the gentleman were very pleasant. They worked well as a team and fast. One guy had long locs that were covered very handsome) by the way. The other gentleman wore dark frames with a skull cap. Hopefully they get some recognition for there great service! Thanks guys

The guy Wave was a real cool dude got us right on the pizza and was genuinely nice. This is the place to get your pizza

Pizza is good. Service is great! Ordered a build your own pizza. The staff helped me pick my options because is very indecisive. They were very nice. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back soon.
