Papa Johns Pizza - Washington

We ordered two pizzas for carry out on the app, our order said it was ready so we went and had to wait 15 additional minutes. The boxes had my name on it so we didn’t check them. We got home and none of the pizzas were ours. I called the “manager” and he apologized and asked if I wanted the right pizza delivered, which I said would be great. He then told me he would have to charge me the delivery fee…. They wanted to charge me for their error. I said no I would come get them , and it took them over an hour to remake them.

Added a last min addition to the pickup order, the manager was great, polite and offered a drink while we waited for the food. Great service! Thank

Super convenient, location, management is exceptional, place is clean and ready to go. We had no problem at all getting our food, everything was hot and ready when we got there. Store was clean, and the staff was friendly!!

We saw the special on the sign out front where you order two pizzas and the second single topping pizza is half off.We ordered an all meat pizza but when we opened it at home it turned out to be a pepperoni, green pepper and onion pizza.So I look at the receipt to see what they put down for our order and find out that we paid full price, without getting any half price discount.At my age I can't eat green pepper and onions, upset my stomach. So this means I paid $30 for a one topping large pizza.If the jokers working there think that's funny it's not. I won't be going back. We have too many pizza places in town that are more concerned about their customers.

We ordered our pizza in between 11:25 and 11:30 estimated time of arrival was before midnight and the tracker slowly postponed that delivery time. When our doordash driver showed up at 12:06 a.m. This means that for 35 to 40 minutes Papa John's and the staff in Washington never intended on fulfilling my order. I could have made the decision to order from someplace else. That other place happened to be Domino's.
