Panera Bread - Washington

Chicken sandwich was good. Bakery is really good. The staff needs work.

Three times happened in less than a month... After I set my order my break time, they told me something (some recipe) missing. So I have to wait another 15-20 minutes waiting for another order. This could have easily managed the app so that I can decide about the order. This special website is constantly running out of some recipe ingredients. Please do better!!!!!!!

I used to eat here a lot late at night if I didn't sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning as homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a beautiful home in Uganda my home country. No one ever gave me a hard time eating here (odd orders), my meals were always fine and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits, except that the hospital always fails to keep the bathroom well in stock with essentials such as toilet seat paper covers and paper towels. But I don't blame the restaurant, but I go to the hospital I think holds the bathroom. Be aware that they do not serve soda, but have all the loaded juices from what I remember, what a big thing avoid unhealthy soft soda. I ate here in August this year 2022, while I was in Washington DC, while I moved to Uganda after I gained wisdom from the USA. Many thanks to employees working at this point, for the support of us They are all amazing and I love u guys because u always gave me what I always wanted / needed, which I rarely got from other restaurants or panera sites. All in all, please eat here whenever u can always, they server quite hot meals, fresh and very accurate.

Amazing service! The restaurant was overrun with patrons after a fire at the VA. EVERY SINGLE employee was efficient and professional. Very impressive.
