Laduree Dc - Washington

We had the tea time for two and it was excellent. The whole food was great and the teas were delicious. The ambience is beautiful, but they only have a few tables so that reservations could be a good idea. They also gave us the most beautiful goodie bags to take home with some Macarons.

This the second time I have a terrible customer service experience with this restaurant. I am not interested in recapping the details but I am posting publicly because I sincerely hope management considers the proper and necessary training they need.

It was a cute experience but the service was very slow even though there weren’t that many people there. they forgot to give us a couple items and we had to ask them again when they were about to close, and by that time they had already run out of the macarons we wanted. they also overcharged us on the sandwiches, and we had to ask the manager to correct it (how does that even happen?? . they also automatically include an 18% gratuity which we didn’t notice, so make sure to go over your receipt! the food and tea was very good, though. the ambiance was lovely and and we got lots of nice pictures as well. overall i think it was overpriced especially considering the service, but it was mostly enjoyable for me and my friends.

Always a classic location for memorial making traditions; enjoyed tea time with friend and our daughters.

The waitress was nice and helpful but didn't acknowledges us for the first 17 minutes we sat down. At the time we were the second table there. The food was amazing and the dessert was delicious. Overall the experience was nice and would come again.
