Greenhouse - Washington

I enjoyed dinner here during my birthday vacation. Service and food have completely exceeded my expectations, everything has been excellently prepared and you can serve the passion of the chef in every dish and the commitment of the service staff to offer you a good experience is obvious. The sommelier went beyond and beyond during my meal to make sure that I could enjoy everything over the bottle of wine he opened for me.

The Greenhouse is a beautiful restaurant and that?s why I gave them 4 stars. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a little paradise in Dc and a great place for pictures. But I was disappointed with the food and the prices. Every brunch food item on menu is $23 and up. I don?t care much about the price but I was not satisfied when my food came out and was under seasoned (egg Benedict). Other than that the servers were top notch and very respectful.

The food is great, but the experience is what wow?d me the most! Wonderful ambiance, very cozy and not pretentious, and they give you a tiny upholstered foot stool for your purse!! We had tons of fun.

The Green House at the Jeffersom Hotel. OMG. if.you 'd like the feeling of being catered to as the upper crust was in the late 1800 's and early 1900 's, this is DA PLACE, in Washington DC. My cumpliments to the Chef, in making an extraordinary experience out of a simple burger including fresh, juicy, quality sirloin cooked to.perfection. Mimosas, strong freshly brewed coffee, impeccable and warm service, and exquisitely manicured ambiance made the cut for my 11, Above the Mondane review. My numbers (10 is top Reception: 11. (got.the coat, led us to the table, made two tourists feel at home and special Servers and buzz boy; 11 Food quality: 11 Food quantity: just right. 10 Decor and ambiance: 11 (inspiring1800 's decadence Cleanness 11 Bathrooms:11 (Omg!!!! Location; 11 (Nearby National Geographic museum, at The Jefferson Hotel Parking: in DC?? Why, when there is that subway. DO NOT miss this place if you are in the area.

Elegant experience, tasty food. Went in for brunch and place is 1) more beautiful than expected and 2) cheaper than expected. Great pick if you want to go have a nice talk meal in somewhere iconic, fancy and affordable. Highly recommended that you reserve beforehand.
