El Pollo Loco - Washington

El Pollo was always one of my favorites of all time, but not all places are the same. This is better than most places where I was and fortunately it is super closed to my house so I come a lot here. I just love her chicken, never tired of it. The quality was always great, tasty, delicate and juicy (make sure you want to get fresh and juicy chicken). That's exactly what I do every time and never get disappointed. Their corn and mashed potatoes are also very good, completely fresh, tasteful and tast great staff, very friendly and helpful. My experience was always pleasant and positive, except a few times when there were a few chickens missing. I only realized it when I came home (it is not a big deal for me, I totally understand how busy it sometimes). I never really tell them so I really hope they don't repeat their mistakes to other customers. Sometimes I ask for Maistortillas, they give me the original or forget my salsa/avocado sauce, but it's okay. I make sure I check my order before I go to avoid this problem again. Other than that, great food and good service. definitely recommend!!!

Excellent. In a world of lukewarm Fake Food, El Pollo serves hot, tasty chicken. The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Parking was easy and it is near a highway at/from ramp.

Seriously the most rude customer service I have ever received. We made an online order directly via their website for 7 a.m. Your online hours say they are open until 9:30. When we arrived there (at 7 p.m. they were closed (2 hours early???) and said when they get the order after they started to close, they simply don't create the order. You said I could call the headquarters if I wanted a refund in a week. The Lord also spoke very rude and aggressively with me. We will not support this business in any place in the future. Better, employees and El Pollo!

8-08-21 HORRIBLE ? ? WORST El Polo Loco I?ve ever been. ?The chicken was over grilled, dry and tasteless. The grilled master was kinda rude. I ordered a whole chicken and asked to do not cut it. He refused, without giving any explanation, said they had to cut it ? Half of the salsa they gave me had gone bad. They have some issues with ventilation. The place was full of smoke AND FLIES !!! Have never encountered so many flies at any restaurant. I will never come back to this location. Waste of time and money. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that the girl at the counter was nice and friendly.

I've come back so often in recent years that it gets better. Usually you get the same results. Chicken with even a little taste to it would be a good change. At least the drinks are good.
