Bullfrog Bagels - Washington

I've been visiting this bagel place regularly since I moved to Northeast DC a year ago. My favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, but there are endless options to choose from, so you’re sure to find your own favorite. The atmosphere is great for remote work or catching up with a friend over a quick bite or coffee. Plus, the service is excellent!

The bartender was extremely rude. I was sitting at the table waiting for my husband to bring us our food, and when he finally sat down, the bartender yelled at us, claiming he had already told us we couldn’t sit there (which had never happened). He then kicked us out. I can’t believe someone with such a bad attitude works in customer service. It was appalling behavior!

The bagels here are EXCELLENT. We just happened to stumble onto this place on our trip to D.C. and I had cinnamon raisin bagel with the honey walnut cheese cream spread I mean my mouth is actually melting as I speak of it. My husband got the Ruben bagel and tha was also very good. 10/10 would reccomend.

Best bagels I have ever eaten. So good that we ate there both mornings we visited DC. Highly recommend.

This review represents the quality of the food. It is good and if you can pick it up yourself I recommend it. However, this place is clearly being targeted by thieves on Seamless, DoorDash and similar services. I have had many orders stolen from Bullfrog en route to my apartment. Do not order delivery from this restaurant if you want to get your food.
