Definitely a local treasure! I was really impressed with the food and the vibe here! It felt like it didn 't draw many tourists, but people were there because they knew . The menu was straightforward, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious, fresh and well made. They have a nice variety of beer on tap. I will definitely be returning!

Consistently delicious for years and years. Comfort food with flavorful seasoning. They have menu items for kids, vegetarians, and really any picky eater! Brookland’s finest is such a yummy place to meet friends in the neighborhood.

This was my second time here. The food is very good. Feels very fresh and homemade. Although the service is great, we found it slow. If that's what you're prepared for for the evening, great. We didn't have anywhere to go, so it was fine but be aware. This spot is definitely part of the new DC, but I would recommend it.

Had an awesome vegan brekkie burrito with tasty side salad and a fresh ale on tap. Always friendly service and reasonable prices with no sneaky service charges

Nice place in the neighborhood to hangout. Decent food and drinks. Update: Don't do the brunch menu... Bad food and high prices (even the burger! . Very disappointed. Stay with dinner food. It is not that tasty, but it's decent compared to the brunch. Or just get a drink and talk to the really nice waiter!
