South Beach Resto + Lounge

Service is practically non existent. Server brought my husbands drink has mine in her hand promptly gave my husband his drink, took mine somewhere else never returned. She has taken everyone’s order in restaurant I’m still waiting!!!!

Service takes too long and if your dish is even available they will probably get it wrong. Food and drinks don't taste fresh at all.

Ignorant and rude staff, cold food, expensive 10$ drinks, long wait.. Left one hour later after waiting for our food that arrived cold, paid 20$ for 2 drinks (1 bottle beer 1 can of nasty soda drink). DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I heard this restaurant was recommended so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be the worst choice of the day. I waited 25 minutes for a waitress who was unapologetic. I ordered two beers without checking the menu, only to find out later that they were $10 each. The food arrived 45 minutes after ordering and it was served ice cold. We asked for the bill for the drinks, left the food, and left the restaurant with a bad taste in our mouths. I would not recommend this place, it's a waste of time.

This restaurant experience was terrible. We waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come over to our table and when we asked for help from one of the staff members, she went back and started using her cell phone. It was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning to this establishment. I'm not usually a picky person, but the staff here is awful. If you don't enjoy your job, why work in the industry?! The server we eventually got was nice, but she was the only one actually working while the others were on their phones. It's a shame because it's a nice place to dine. They even ran out of white and red wine, which shows poor management. I do not recommend this restaurant.
