Harvey's - Wasaga Beach

Numerous bad experiences of rude fellow workers, not to get cheese when paid (this happens almost every time), no straw for drinks, ice in my drink, if I don't have any ice, wrong toppings, said they don't have light Italian dressing only regularly given slightly Italian. the best is that I left a complaining on their FB page and someone from the company contacted me to make it right. that was over a year ago. we had communicated for months, but nothing has ever been solved. I hope this load has new management before the summer traffic comes.

We really enjoy dining at this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is always delicious. We also appreciate their convenient phone app for ordering food.

I live in Wasaga Beach and have eaten at this restaurant quite a few times, and usually everything is good. However, last night, I ordered an Angus Burger meal and experienced food poisoning. It was the worst experience I have ever had, as I felt intense pain in my stomach and had diarrhea multiple times. I also had flu-like symptoms such as aches and joint pain. I am writing this review because if this happened to an elderly person, it could have been life-threatening. I am a healthy 26-year-old and this experience nearly took my life. It has made me reconsider my food choices and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

10 minutes waiting for them to make me a drink because they had to do it 2 times because I saw that the worker put his hand without gloves in my drink. I asked them if they wear gloves when they make food and he said, no, we get used to, but it is too hard to make the drinks while they wear gloves. terrible. as a former harveys hired I know that they have to wear gloves while making consumer goods. it is an annoying, but necessary. totally unhygienic not.

Went to the drive thru and ordered 1 combo. Not 1 thing I asked for was on the burger funny thing, there was only 1 car behind me!!!! How can yo u screw up a simple order.unfortunately I drove home to eat it Not impressed
