It wasn’t a huge deal, so I went inside to collect them, but after waiting for about 15 minutes, I decided to leave. The woman at the counter was very kind and kept asking the kitchen staff to prepare my items, but they didn’t seem to be concerned about it.
The staff really enhanced my experience at this restaurant. When I ordered a black bean dish and they ran out, they kindly offered to substitute refried beans for several items instead. This option wasn’t on the menu, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my request. It was probably the best fast food experience I've ever had. Located on Bald Hill Rd, RI.
Honestly, I usually try to find something good to say about a place, but the tacos here were really disappointing! There was hardly any meat in them, and when I requested hot sauce at the drive-thru, they gave me a handful instead of packets. When I asked for a bag, I got a drink cup instead. At least I can appreciate their creativity with the cup!
Tonight I went to Taco Bell and I had the service and food ever I ordered 3 Taco with just cheese and they gave me 2 with everything on it and I asked for just cheese again and they gave me 2 and with everything on it again and the guy was reallysnotty and said well this isn 't the order window you have to go around again if you wanna order more so we left. But the guywas really disrespectful and got a simple order wrong twice I am very unhappy with this.
BY FAR the WORST customer service and management experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went here at 1am on Saturday night from traveling for awhile and simply just wanting a late night snack. The drive thru line was exceptionally long. We waited, andwe ordered a burrito, and 2 orders of 3 hard regular tacos 6 tacos total). I even saw on the screen that the quantity of thetacos said TWO ORDERS. We get to the window and they only gave us 1 order of the 3 hard tacos, and also the inside REEKED ofpot. We then said we ordered 2 orders of these and the manager told us there was nothing we could do and we would have to getback in the drive thru line of 20 cars. Why am I forced to get back in line for something I ordered in the first place and forthe employees mistake??? They wouldn't even run our card back to the cashier so we could get our 3 tacos. All that time we werearguing I could've gotten my tacos. Don't stay open that late if you don't have the staff!!!! Simple.
