The staff is always so pleasant here. Great costomer service and friendly! Todat was a busy day for them with the Stanley cups being released and they all worked very hard and organized. Im so happy I was able to score a cup! Thank you for always providing positive experiences!

Everytine for the last few months they always don't have the drinks that they advertise. Why have signs up and you never have it. 2 different times I tried to get the Gingerbread ice chai latte. If a customer asks for a milk alternative, please be respectful of that. The two women were rude and did not make my drink with oat milk but with regular milk. I have now broke out into hives!! Thank you :
