I keep going back hoping things improve (location convenience), since the few times they get orders correct the transaction goes smoothly, it's good. But it's usually a stressful time.
This location is always out of everything. Consistently. Whoever is doing their supply orders should learn how to account for inventory vs sales.

I always enjoy my DD after work with a large raspberry watermelon refresher. The service is always perfect and my drink always comes out the best. I can notice the difference in my drink when I go to another DD so I will wait till I get to neighborhood to go to my store. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because I go through the drive-thru and rarely ever go inside. Next trip I will make a better effort to go inside to see if the 3 stars go up to 5 stars. If the drive-thru gets 3 stars then I am pretty sure inside will do better.
Some people shouldn 't work with the public. Especially when they almost demand your change for a tip. They 're a little more lively when you go inside. Theres a couple different workers in the window in drive thru with the personality of a tree. 1 out of 5 coffees are OK at best. For 4 dollars per large ice coffee, they need to step up their game! But then again I think Dunkin is getting too cocky with their prices anyway. Really wish Bess Eaton would come back to Warwick to show them how it 's done
