Domino's Pizza - Warwick

It’s Dominos, you either love it, like it, or hate it. Food wise they’re all pretty consistent and you know what to expect. I will say everything is always hot and fresh here though which is great. What separates this one apart from me is the customer service. This location excels in it. I’m too close to ever need delivery so I can’t speak to that but every time I’ve called in or ordered online they’ve always been fast, polite and efficient. I think now more than ever good service should always be recognized and if you like Domino’s this is the one to go to.

I was in the neighborhood when I watched one of their delivery drivers bringing food to someone but I watched this guy driving erratically down near Cushing road in Warwick, yelling obscenities out his window at some people walking down the street. I know he’s from this particular location because I’ve seen his exact car there before. This driver was a heavier set individual with brown hair, glasses, and a beard. He was wearing a hat like most delivery drivers to. But I watched him coming down the road and yell out at the pair of people walking down the street which was totally uncalled for. All I can say is how rude can you be, that’s just unprofessional to be on the clock and doing that. To whoever it concerns, he was driving a dark blue almost gray Toyota Corolla with a Domino’s sign on the top of it. I will not be ordering from there again, especially not if they’re sending out this lunatic to bring food to people! I used to order there all the time but not anymore, get some better drivers with professional attitudes and maybe that will change.

Don 't bother applying for any other position accept "crew member "Was interviewed and told that due to not having any experience with DOMINOS it is policy to for everyone to start at the bottom and be locked in at minimum wage. Also if you interview and don 't get the job don 't expect a call to even inform you that they have decided to go in a different direction. I interviewed around January 10th called on the 12th and 14th. I haven 't gotten any reach out what so ever, completely unprofessional in that aspect.

Honestly, I wish zero stars was an option for this particular Domino’s location. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered anything from here and not have something completely messed up or they just don’t even deliver your food and cancel your order when the driver is “in the neighborhood”. Do yourself a favor and order from the Papa John’s or the Pizza Hut instead because they’re terrible at this location and they employ a bunch of teenagers who DGAF

No order after 1 hour. Called. They left food outside (it was 30 degrees )on the door step. No notification. Ice cold. Called . No recourse.
