Arooga's - Warwick

Fun sports bar! We enjoyed our Original Boli with homemade potato chips. MacKenzie was a great server, very attentive.We would definitely come back again!

Absolute ghost town, staff outside playing in parking lot. Out of supplies and not notifying customers before we place the order. Nashville sandwhich was decent probably best thing on menu its a shame fries were ice cold.

Food was salty. My order of chip fries was half of the actual order. I didn't even bother to complain, i just wanted wings and chips that's all. Wings were just salty. Overall, seems a decent place. Will update if i go back.

I called in a order and was told it would be done in 30 minutes, when I arrived 35 minutes later I was told it was not done and waited another 10 minutes when a young man I presume to be the manager said he would check on it. He returned to tell me it would be another 20 minutes I asked how that was possible when I had called it in over a half hour ago, he said that there was no way I had called in the order when I said I did in a condosending tone. When he was presented with the proof of when my call had in fact come in to the store he then had to admit the order was only put in 5 minutes ago when I show up to pick up the order and not when I called in. I was not happy about the mistake but even more upset with this managers attitude, instead of apologizing he got defensive and told me I can have the food for free or keep complaining and get nothing and followed up telling me good luck complaining to anyone higher than him. I left and instead will let everyone know about my experience with this establishment and will never return.

Pretty much the most mediocre meal I 've experienced in years. So middle of the road that 3 stars is just about right (because 2.5 is true middle but seems mean for any place that can at least heat up food).First and last time I 'll ever intentionally go here. Shocked if truly anyone gives a better rating. The employees were nice but this place is the epitome of whatever.
