I brought the chocolate orange and jammie dodger cupcakes for my son's 11 birthday party. The looked and smelt amazing. Will definitely buy from them again. Thanks

The birthday cakes from the bakery have become a new tradition in our house. Can't be beaten. The chocolate cake is especially good.

Shocked at the complete lack of customer service. Arrived to pick up a graduation cake that was iced in the wrong colour, with incorrect wording (that had also bled into the icing . Not one apology from staff (the lady at reception proceeded to jump up and down when I told her that the cake was wrong? . I was told to wait in the car (no please whilst they re-iced the cake. When I returned the wording was still wrong. When I told them, I was met with a huge sigh and, suprise, no apology. Once they had finally fixed the cake it looked rushed and incomplete. Still no apology. Complete lack of customer service. At least the cake tasted okay...

Poor service. Messy. Don't order gluten-free or dairy-free here. Ordered a vegan cake from their vegan section and added a gluten-free option for my son's anniversary and I didn't get an order confirmation via email. Only via their website, which I took a screenshot of. I called the shop to ask whether my order went through and to ensure that the cake was gluten and dairy-free (picked it from the vegan section). All confirmed. The day we go to pick up the cake, we realize that the isn't vegan. Its not even dairy-free. The shop refused to refund, they couldn't make another cake on time. No apologies. No compensation. I will never buy a cake from this shop again.

First time ordered I went of reviews as don't no the area. I was not disappointed i ordered over the phone for my granddaughters 6th birthday. They made us an elsa cake from frozen it was beautiful .It was blue icing all over and an edible elsa with snowflakes and white icing for granddaughters name the sponge was light and airey and the filling and cream was just beautiful. I was not disappointed and would definitely order again for my grandsons 1st birthday it was that nice. I did not no how it was going to look she did say over the phone but i was amazed at the skill and beautiful icing that was written on the cake I can't say enough for the first cake ordered but it was the best I have ever had and it was on short notice I must say complements to the cskery.
